– We must be able to deliver when our dealers have planned an installation with a customer a long time in advance. Lack of quality or delayed delivery can cause major problems and we can not take any risks. A slightly cheaper product can end up being very expensive, says Anna.
This is also one of the reasons for moving supplier contracts home from eastern low-cost production to Sweden and Andrénverken.
